Day 1. BAKU
Food Included:
Arrival in Baku, capital of Azerbaijan. The guide will receive the tourists with the “SISO TRAVEL GROUP” logo. Transfer to the hotel.
Day 2. BAKU – ABSHERON – BAKU
Food Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
We`ll dedicate the morning to visiting the old center of the capital. We`ll start with a visit to the Martyrs' Cemetery, located on the highest slopes of the western end of the city, this is the best place to see the panorama of the city and the Bay of Baku. We`ll arrive at the historic center of the city of Baku, its old town - 'Icheri Sheher'. We`ll see the Palace of the Shirvans (the most striking example of medieval palace structures in Azerbaijan, dating from the mid-15th century); The Maiden's Tower (the eight-story ancient fortress originally built as a fiery beacon); We`ll visit the Dzhuma mosque, antique and carpet shops. Leisure. After spending it mainly in Greater Baku, where you will be taken to the main sites of the Absheron Peninsula. We will visit Ateshgah, the Temple of the Fire Faithful located in the town of Surakhany. Then we`ll visit Yanar Dag (Fire Mountain). There used to be many similar places in Absheron where natural gas was coming out of the ground to the surface. Today, this is the only site of this unique natural phenomenon left in Azerbaijan. We`ll return to Baku city and visit Heydar Aliyev Center and then visit the old market of Yashil Bazar, Welcome Dinner with Show and local Azerbaijani Music

Day 3. BAKU – GOBUSTAN – MUD VOLCAN – BAKU (70 km)

After breakfast start to go Gobustan Reserve. This is an open-air museum full of Neolithic rock drawings. Just 65 km south of Baku, Gobustan has some 6,000 inscriptions dating back 12,000 years (with 2,000-year-old Latin graffiti). Well-preserved sketches show ancient populations traveling in reed boats; The men hunt antelopes and wild bulls, the women dance. After that, you will also have the opportunity to visit a unique site where 300 of the planet's 700 mud volcanoes are located in Gobustan, Azerbaijan. After continuing with a sightseeing tour of the city, you can take a boat and take a 30-minute trip along the Baku Bay. (depends on Wind). The Bibiheybet Mosque. Have lunch and then the Carpet Museum. Return to the hotel.

Day 4. BAKU – SHAMAKHI – SHEKI (300 km)

After breakfast, around 09:00 am, we will start the journey towards Sheki. On the way to Shamakhi, you will stop to visit the two-story Diri Baba Mausoleum (15th century) and the Seven Domes Mausoleum, both located in Shamahki.
The ancient city of Shamakhi is located in the foothills of the Greater Caucasus Mountain range. The general elevation of Shamakhi is 800 meters above sea level. One of the oldest eastern trading cities, it claims to be the city of Shamakhi mentioned by the ancient Greek geographer Ptolemy in his book 'Geography'. The architecture of Diri-Baba is in harmony with the picturesque environment - the landscape of rocks and green trees. The construction of the mausoleum is a masterpiece of the Shirvan school of architecture, the beautiful creation of ancient craftsmen. The monument is under state protection. Seven Domed Mausoleum is an ancient cemetery of members of the Shirvan Shakh royal dynasty with a good view of the entire city.
We continue the route to Sheki. Sheki is one of the most famous and oldest places in Azerbaijan. Situated 700 meters above sea level like an amphitheater surrounded by mountains and oak forests, this ancient city was long famous as a silk center and an important stop on the Great Silk Road. Sheki has long been famous as a silk center and an important stop on the Silk Road. Sheki still has the site of a large factory that was once the largest silk plant in the Soviet Union (such a large factory was naturally named after Lenin...). The tour will start from the 18th century Khan's summer palace, with magnificent frescoes (one 24 m long) and exquisite stained glass (northern part of the city). On this day you will see also Sheki sweet shops, a large number of souvenir shops and workshops where the exquisite stained-glass windows called Shabaka will be made. You will also visit the Albanian church located in the nearby village of Kish. Legend has it that the church was built in 7,8ad, but researchers located it a few centuries later. Return to the hotel and have some free time with the opportunity to enjoy a panoramic view of the Caucasus Mountains.

Day 5. SHEKI - LAGODEKHI GREMI - KINDZMARAULI - KVARELI (170 km)

In the morning, we`ll continue the route towards the Georgia border. We`ll have some border formalities, change of transport and guide. Then we will continue so as to approach Kakheti. Located in the great mountains of the Caucasus and with a wide, sunny plain, Kakheti is a wine producers' dream. The Georgian wine renaissance has found its development and where boutique wineries and some larger ones, too, are putting Georgia back in the world wine map. We will visit the Gremi Fortress - a fortress and a central domed church of the Archangel built with square bricks. The interior of the church is decorated with frescoes from the 17th century. Then, we will visit the Kindzmarauli winery in Kvareli and we will have a Georgian wine tasting. Overnight at a hotel in Kvareli.
Day - 6. KVARELI - ALAVERDI - TELAVI - TSINANDALI - TBILISI (160 km.)

In the morning, we`ll continue the route towards the Georgia border. We`ll have some border formalities, change of transport and guide. Then we will continue so as to approach Kakheti. Day 7. TBILISI TOUR

After breakfast we`ll start Tbilisi city tours. I`ll be unforgettable hours of familiarization with the capital. A charming town built in the 5th century along the winding valley of the Mtkvari River. All places of interest are very close to each other, just a few minutes’ walk. We start the excursion from the medieval Meteji church (13th century), we`ll take cable cars to the Narikala fortress (4th century) that dominates the skyline of the old town. We continue exploring the brick-domed, oriental-style underground sulfur baths (17th century) - the district of naturally hot mineral waters. We`ll walk through the center discovering Shardeni Street with its attractive cafes and galleries that will catch your attention. We`ll visit the synagogue, the Sioni cathedral, the Anchisjati basilica (6th century). Visit to the National Museum of artisanal goldsmithing dating back to the 3rd millennium BC. Finally, the circuit will take us to the main avenue of Rustaveli where we`ll see the Parliament, the Opera, the Ballet and the Tbilisi Theatre, which will provide a cosmopolitan atmosphere.

Day 8. TBILISI - MTSKHETA - GORI - UFLISTSIJE – TBILISI (270 km.)

In the morning, we`ll drive towards Mtskheta, the former capital of the Kingdom of Georgia and a UNESCO heritage site, which is located at the intersection of the military road and the Silk Road. The circuit includes the following places: Dshvari (cross) Monastery from the 6th century which had a great impact on the development of Georgian architecture and served as a model for many other churches and Svetitsjoveli Cathedral (11th century), magnificent both inside and out, plays an important role as it is there where she was buried the robe of Christ.
We`ll continue to Gori, Stalin's hometown. We`ll visit the Uplistsije complex (lord's fortress), the rock-cut city of the 1st millennium BC, where we`ll discover several structures from that time and observe different rock-cut cultures: the theater, a pharmacy and several palaces. We will have a brief stop to Stalin's house-museum. In the afternoon we`ll arrive to Tbilisi.

Day 9. TBILISI - KAZBEGUI - ANANURI - TBILISI (190 km.)

After breakfast we will drive towards Kazbegi, the main city of the region. From Kazbegi we will go up on foot (3 hours in total) to the Gergeti Monastery - the cathedral of the Holy Trinity (14th century) which is located 2170 meters above sea level, where if time permits, we will observe Mount Kazbegi with a height of 5047 meters above sea level. On the way back we will visit the Ananuri castle (17th century). We`ll have a brief stop to enjoy the impressive beauty of the landscapes of the Jinvali reservoir along the Caucasus mountains. In the afternoon we`ill return to Tbilisi. In the evening, we`ll have a farewell dinner in a traditional Tbilisi restaurant.
