Visit to the Park of 28 Panfilov Guards, Ascension Cathedral, and the Museum of National Musical Instruments. The museum’s collection features more than 1,000 objects, including rare items from the 17th century. In total, there are 60 types of national instruments: kobyz, dombra, syldyrmak (a kind of tambourine), and other traditional instruments.
The Central Mosque, built in 1999, can also be visited inside.
To truly feel the spirit of the city—its atmosphere, flavors, and colors—you must visit the Green Bazaar. Participate in a tasting of local delicacies, including mare’s milk and camel milk.
After lunch, transfer to the Medeo Gorge (25 km from the city).

Tourists will take the cable car (total length 6,200 m) to Shymbulak Ski Resort, located in the picturesque Trans-Ili Alatau valley at an altitude of 2,200 m above sea level. It is a beautiful place with fresh air and glaciers on the peaks. Tourists will take the cable car up to Talgar Peak (3,200 m).
The tour continues to Kok-Tobe Park, one of Almaty’s main attractions, located on the slopes of the mountain of the same name, rising 1,130 meters above the city. It is a landscaped area with picturesque terraces and groves. From its viewpoints, you can enjoy a wonderful panorama of the mountains and the city. Next to the park stands a 350-meter-high TV tower. Measured from sea level, this tower is one of the tallest in the world. Its scenic location on the green Kok-Tobe hill, with the snow-capped peaks of the Ili Alatau mountains in the background, has long been a "calling card" of Almaty.
It takes only 6 minutes to reach here by cable car connecting Almaty city center with Kok-Tobe mountain (total length 1,620 m).
