The tour continues to Kok-Tobe Park, one of Almaty’s main attractions, located on the slopes of the mountain of the same name, rising 1,130 meters above the city. It is a landscaped area with picturesque terraces and groves. From its viewpoints, you can enjoy a wonderful panorama of the mountains and the city. Next to the park stands a 350-meter-high TV tower. Measured from sea level, this tower is one of the tallest in the world. Its scenic location on the green Kok-Tobe hill, with the snow-capped peaks of the Ili Alatau mountains in the background, has long been a "calling card" of Almaty.

It takes only 6 minutes to reach here by cable car connecting Almaty city center with Kok-Tobe mountain (total length 1,620 m).
