After breakfast, we will visit Bayterek Tower, the symbol of Kazakhstan, and the Presidential Cultural Center. We will continue to the Orthodox Church, the Astana Mosque, and the Atameken Ethno-Memorial Complex, an open-air museum featuring representations of the country’s main regions and attractions. Return to the hotel.

Breakfast and transfer to the airport to take the flight to Almaty (09:00–10:40). Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and start of the tour: visit to the Almaty Mountains, Medeo Park, and cable car ride to the Shymbulak Ski Resort (2,200–2,500 m). We will then continue to Kok-Tobe, offering panoramic views of the city, descending by funicular to the Republic Palace. Return to the hotel.

Breakfast and excursion around the “City of Apples.” Visit to the Park of the 28 Panfilov Guardsmen, the Ascension Cathedral (1907), the Museum of Musical Instruments, and the Green Bazaar, the largest market in Kazakhstan on the Silk Road. Continuation to the Central State Museum and Republic Square, the administrative center of the city. Return to the hotel.

Pick-up at the hotel and transfer to the airport to take the flight to Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. Upon arrival, the guide will meet the tourists holding the “SISO TRAVEL GROUP” logo. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation.

Transfer to the airport for the flight to Baku. Reception by the guide and transfer to the hotel. Excursion to the Absheron Peninsula: visit to the Ateshgah Fire Temple in Surakhany and Yanar Dag, the “Burning Mountain.” Return to Baku and stop at the Heydar Aliyev Center (designed by Zaha Hadid). We finish with a visit to the colorful traditional Yashil Bazaar. Overnight at the hotel.

Visit to the Gobustan Reserve, featuring petroglyphs dating back up to 12,000 years, and the mud volcanoes. Optional boat ride in Baku Bay (subject to weather conditions). We then continue with visits to the Carpet Museum and Villa Petrolea. Return to the hotel.

Breakfast and visit to the Ichan Kala architectural complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1990 and a unique example of Muslim architecture in Central Asia. Tour of Kalta Minor, Kunya Ark, Mohammed Rahim Khan Madrasah, Islom Khodja Minaret and Madrasah, Tash Hovli, the Pahlavan Mahmud Mausoleum, and Juma Mosque. Return to the hotel.
