Arrival in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. The guide will greet the tourists with the “SISO TRAVEL GROUP” logo. Transfer to the hotel.

Visit to the old part of Tashkent: Hasti Imam complex, Barak Kan and Kafal Shohi madrasas, Library with the famous “Usman Quran”, Kukeldash madrasa (exterior) and the Chorsu bazaar.

Transfer to the airport for a domestic flight to Urgench. Upon arrival, continue to Khiva (30 km, ~40 min). Overnight in a 3-star hotel.

Tour of Ichan Kala, a medieval citadel on the Silk Road and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit its architectural gems: Kalta Minor, Kunya Ark, madrasas, minarets, Juma Mosque, and the mausoleum of Pahlavan Mahmud. Return to the hotel.

Departure for Bukhara (550 km, 8–9 h) crossing the Kyzylkum Desert, with a panoramic stop in the Amu Darya River Valley. Arrival and accommodation in a hotel in Bukhara.

Full day of sightseeing in Bukhara. We begin at the Samanid Mausoleum (9th-10th centuries), the Bolo-Hauz Mosque, and the Ark Citadel, the former residence of the emirs. We continue to the Chashmai Ayub Mausoleum (14th century), the "Fountain of Job."

We will see the imposing Kalon Minaret (46 m, 12th century), the Poi Kalon Mosque, and the Miri Arab Madrasa (16th century). We will stroll through the Three Vaulted Markets (16th century), a former center of artisan trade, and finish at the Lyabi Hauz complex (14th-17th centuries), with madrasas and a khanaka surrounding the large pond.

I return to the hotel.

Departure by coach to Samarkand (270 km, ~5 h). Visits: Shakhi-Zinda funerary complex (9th–15th centuries), Ulughbek Observatory (15th century) and Afrosiyab Museum. Overnight in a hotel.

(Afrosiab Train) Tour of Samarkand: Registan Square with its three madrasas, Guri-emir Mausoleum (Tamerlane's tomb), Bibi-Khonun Mosque, and Siab Bazaar. In the afternoon, take the Afrosiab high-speed train to Tashkent. Farewell dinner and overnight stay.
